  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 1 box (6 oz Stove Top stuffing mix)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Stove Top stuffing mix, milk, eggs, diced onion, diced bell peppers, and minced garlic.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a skillet over medium heat.
