- Add trivet or stainless-steel steamer basket in the instant pot. Pour 1 cup water
- Place frozen meat. Sprinkle some onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper salt on top
- Set your instant pot valve to sealing. This option would enable to pressure cook for high for 30 minutes
- After bleeping your instant pot, carefully remove the pressure release
- Discardtrivet and cooked meat carefully
