Materials

  • 1 Ripe and firm mango
  • 1 Dice mango cubes
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup  Honey
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions

  • Cut mangoes into dice or cubes
  • Arrange cubes into the skewer
  • Add 4-5 cubes per skewer
  • Pour water, sugar, and honey into a saucepan. Keep the flme medium. Cook until sugar dissolves
  • Turn high heat, simmer the mixture until bubble, and turn into a golden color caramel
  • Now it’s time to insert a candy thermometer to check the right temperature for candy making. Put until temperature reaches to 300F

Meanwhile, Set mango cubes on a skewer. Add 4-5mango cubes to each skewer

  • Quickly dip dice mangoes (on skewers) in the ready candy coating and gently drip off any excess
  • Place on a lined baking silicone baking mat and let it harden
  • Cool for few seconds and enjoy thismouth-watering delicacy
