- 1 Ripe and firm mango
- 1 Dice mango cubes
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1 tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 cup Water
Cut mangoes into dice or cubes
Arrange cubes into the skewer
Add 4-5 cubes per skewer
Pour water, sugar, and honey into a saucepan. Keep the flme medium. Cook until sugar dissolves
Turn high heat, simmer the mixture until bubble, and turn into a golden color caramel
Now it’s time to insert a candy thermometer to check the right temperature for candy making. Put until temperature reaches to 300F
Meanwhile, Set mango cubes on a skewer. Add 4-5mango cubes to each skewer
Quickly dip dice mangoes (on skewers) in the ready candy coating and gently drip off any excess
Place on a lined baking silicone baking mat and let it harden
