Notes
- Do not leave raw beef at room temperature because it becomes the most suitable place for dangerous bacteria to grow and contaminate the meat.
- Resting steak is an essential step because the heat during the cooking process pulls the juices out of the meat.
- If you cut slices of prepared steak right after cooking, the steak's flavorsome juices will release on your plate, not in your steak. Rest allows the juices to stick to the meat and keep it juicy and flavorful.
- If you want to grill or BBQ the T bone steak, steak, then marinate it a day before cooking. This step would not make your steak tougher while cooking.
