Peanut Brittle Recipe

Peanut brittle recipe is reasonable and extremely delicious. They come in various flavors, shapes, and enhancements

Materials

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup white corn syrup
  • 1 ½ cups white sugar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 ½ teaspoon preparing pop
  • 1 ½ cups crude peanuts

Instructions

  • Splash two treat sheets with non-stick shower covering
  • In a 4-quart pot over medium-high warmth, join the sugar, corn syrup, and water. Warmth to bubbling and include peanuts. Keep cooking until peanuts become brilliant in shading and syrup blend dabs off nuts when raised out of the dish. Rapidly blend in the salt and heating soft drink until very much mixed
  • Pour the blend onto the readied treat sheets. Permit blend to spread all alone. Cool totally, and break into pieces. Store in sealed shut holder or plastic pack

Notes

  1. Simple peanut brittle is sweet and rich in flavor with a hard crunchy surface.
  2. The ingredients in fragile are typically corn syrup, sugar, and peanuts.
  3. Adding too little corn syrup to the weak will give it a grainy surface.
  4. If you include excessively, the fragile will be wiry and clingy.
  5. Salt is included for flavor. Nut fragile can take 20-30 minutes to solidify completely.
