Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a skillet over medium heat.
In a small bowl, mix together ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Brush the mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
Cover the skillet and cook the meatloaf on the stovetop for about 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C), turning the meatloaf halfway through.
Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing.
