Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 1 box 6 oz Stove Top stuffing mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers any color
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Stove Top stuffing mix, milk, eggs, diced onion, diced bell peppers, and minced garlic.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Brush the mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Cover the skillet and cook the meatloaf on the stovetop for about 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C), turning the meatloaf halfway through.
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing.
