  1. Cut your leftover lamb steak into thin strips and set aside

  3. Add chop garlic and sauté for few seconds
  4. Add diced onions and cook until brown
  5. Add grated parmesan cheese or cheddar and mix until all well combined
  6. Then pour 1 and ½ cup of hot water or beef stock
  7. 1 and ½ cup of noodles or pasta
  8. 1 cup milk,1tabspoon of special steak rub
  9. Boil for 4 minutes and then simmer for 7 minutes (Meanwhile, stir continuously)
  10. Then add on steak strips and cook until the mixture thickens.
  11. Rest for 5 minutes
