Texas Roadhouse Steak Sauce
Materials
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups beef stocks
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon crush black pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil in the pan, add all-purpose flour
Whisk continuously until both ingredients well-combined.
It must be blonde in color when cook completely.
- Add some black rushed pepper to taste.
