Materials

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  • Wash the hawthorn and set on bamboo sticks
  • Pour water, sugar into a medium-sized saucepan and mix well. Cook until mixture thickens, bubble form and mixture turn golden brown
  • Add lemon juice, stir, turn off the heat. Keep the saucepan on the stove.
  • Quickly dip the ready hawrton bamboo stick into caramel syrup. Set for a few seconds and serve immediately.
