- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
Wash the hawthorn and set on bamboo sticks
Pour water, sugar into a medium-sized saucepan and mix well. Cook until mixture thickens, bubble form and mixture turn golden brown
Add lemon juice, stir, turn off the heat. Keep the saucepan on the stove.
Quickly dip the ready hawrton bamboo stick into caramel syrup. Set for a few seconds and serve immediately.
