Leftover Steak Cheddar Deviled Eggs

Materials

  • 1 and ½ cup Leftover Steak cubes
  • 6 Hardboiled Eggs
  • 1/4 Mashed Avocado
  • 1 tbsp. Cream
  • 3 tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tbsp. Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tbsp. or 1/2 Crush Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions

  • Cut hard-boiled eggs into 2 halves. Remove egg yolks and set aside.
  • Add mashed avocado, cream, mayonnaise, mushrooms, parmesan and cheddar cheese, black pepper, salt to egg yolks and mix well
  • With the help of a spoon scoop out mushroom filling in each egg cavity.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour, sprinkle some fresh parsley and enjoy this tempting keto diet food as your lunch.
